Laksita is one of India’s leading ethnic womenswear brand – a 200cr+ turnover company. The brand is now online with almost 50 stores across India – from Khan Market, GK, South Ex, DLF Mall India in Delhi-NCR alone.
Role: Our client for almost 2 years, our initial role was to setup and handle complete online site + business management for Lakshita. This included site reforms, marketing duties, setting up analytics module, MOM revenue increase, PNL as well as developing the brand manual.
Challenge: To set up the online business arm of the very successful but traditionally offline brand from scratch.
1.We started with website reforms and designed the complete UI/UX for Lakshita Mobile Website. Sales via Mobile phones increased by 125% and conversion rate of 2.56% MOM when the mobile UI changes were implemented.
2. LH set up an analytics module for the business. Developed performance tracking format to give in-depth weekly + monthly view – including GA traffic and funnel performance view, net & gross revenue, cancellations, post-sales returns /RTO, merchandise performance, CRM, Tech, marketing performance.
3. Set email marketing vertical and consistently delivered on digital marketing with MOM revenue increase. Organically increased subscriber rate by over 200% with innovative sign up offers and efforts.
4. Developed a cohesive brand manual and led a design language evolution consistent with new brand vision of creating an aspirational fashion brand for modern Indian woman.
