Our content has already been appreciated and reshared by some of the brands we feature.

Le Hedonist Digital Solutions is an omnichannel brand marketing services division & a digitally-demanding client roster – from retail to publishing. Its uniqueness lies in blending offline & online initiatives to meet overall business objectives + approaching branding, strategies & content with data-led decision making.

The 3 co-founders have enviable experience ranging across leading ad agencies & e-commerce companies. – working at Ogilvy, McCann Erickson, Weiden + Kennedy, Dev Kabir Malik Design Studio, Rediff & TBWA to making films, radio spots & identity for brands like AlpenLiebe, Adidas to Bira91, handling Lenskart’s private label to launching offline stores & so much more! Le Hedonist is a great workplace to get a headstart in world of online content, social media, analytics, brand marketing & design.

CURRENT POSITIONS

We are looking for people across design, creative writing, video, sound artists and analytics – who are ambitious, fear mediocrity, go all out and do more than it takes. Apply only if you have no issues putting work & learning before everything else while you’re interning here.

Responsibilities:
  • Create differentiated content (write / design/shoot/animate/make videos/track performance) for Le Hedonist website + content for various clients we have on board
  • Conceptualize ideas and draft communication for articles, podcasts, videos, instastories, social media, mailers, website, ad campaigns, blogs.
  • Manage the digital deliverables end-to-end i.e. social media post scheduling, publishing, mailer sendout etc
  • This is not a dud job of churning out quote-cards and memes. You will be expected to create true-to-brand, scroll-pausing cool creative communication.
  • You will be expected to take deep interest & keep yourself up-to-date with both –
  • a) digital media (read infotainment, news etc) trends
  • b) Global communication scene from top-notch publications to brands
  • If you are looking to grow with us, then also devise content strategy, set up communication cycle & processes for both LH & client brands.
Responsible for creating all content on LH website + social media + all other collaterals. The applicant will be required to evolve and sustain a unique spunky communication language for Le Hedonist. He/She will define and sustain the personality of the brand through his/her communication sensibilities.

Requirements:
  • A degree/diploma in Fine arts(Design internship) or Mass media, Journalism or Creative Writing(Content writing internship) with some creative projects to prove suitability.
  • A strong inclination and awareness of global hi-living / luxury lifestyle – be up-to-date with latest trends & aspirations in fashion, food, travel, fitness and wellness.
  • Great language sensibility is absolutely essential + fast turnaround time, enthusiasm, energy and capability to handle high work pressure & tight deadlines.
  • There will be a mandatory creative test basis which we will be selecting interns.

We are looking for ambitious people who will go beyond of designations, go all out, experiment with all forms of creativity and content. We’re looking for designers excited rather than exhausted about being a part of something built from the scratch who go all out and do more than it takes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create & manage design for Le Hedonist website + content for various clients we have on board

  • Be able to think digital and design for social media, mailers, website, ad campaigns, videos. Conceptualize ideas and draft communication for digital marketing visuals.

  • Innovate new concepts and visual ideas for effective brand communication.

  • This is not a dud job of churning out quote-cards and memes. You will be expected to create true-to-brand, scroll-pausing aspirational visual communication.

  • If you are looking to grow, then also think of content strategy & properties, branding strategy and grow the design team for both LH & client brands.

Responsible for creating all content on LH website + social media + all other collaterals. The applicant will be required to evolve and sustain a unique spunky visual communication language for Le Hedonist. He/She will define and sustain the personality of the brand through his/her design sensibilities.
 

Requirements:

  • The applicant should have a degree/diploma in Fine arts or Design / Visual Communication
  • 0-2 years of work experience with established design & communication firms, reputed fashion Publications or Advertising agencies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator .
  • Understanding of communication design and a creative eye. But the applicant also needs to match it with fast turnaround time, enthusiasm, energy and capability to handle high work pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Passion for fashion & hedonism:  The applicant should have a strong inclination and knowledge of the fashion world & luxury lifestyle. Be up-to-date with latest trends, fashion terminologies and in-vogue movements from food, travel, fitness to architecture and art.

Apply only if your worst fear is ending up mediocre and are willing to find solutions instead of ask questions and wait for directions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage content for Le Hedonist website + content for various clients we have on board.
  • This will include creative writing for all content formats – from articles, podcasts, instastories, IGTV, YouTube videos and more.
  • Conceptualize ideas and draft communication for social media, mailers, website, ad campaigns, blogs.
  • Manage the digital deliverables end-to-end i.e. social media post scheduling, publishing, mailer sendout etc
  • This is not a dud job of churning out quote-cards and memes. You will be expected to create true-to-brand, scroll-pausing cool creative communication.
  • You will be expected to take deep interest & keep yourself up-to-date with both –
  • a) digital/tech trends on all tech/digital publishing and social media KPIs
  • b) Global communication scene from top-notch publications to brands
  • Conduct interviews with people we may intend to feature on Le Hedonist. This will include reaching out, scheduling, conducting and turning video interview into content.
  • If you are looking to grow, then also devise content strategy, set up communication cycle & processes for both LH & client brands.
  • Take interest in content performance metrics and be willing to meet the challenging goals.
  • Ask less questions, propose more solutions!

  • Passion for fashion & hedonism:  The applicant should have a strong inclination and knowledge of the fashion world & inclination towards luxury lifestyle and be up-to-date with latest trends and fashion terminologies and in-vogue movements from food, travel, fitness to architecture and art.
  • Great language sensibility is absolutely essential. But the applicant also needs to match it with fast turnaround time, enthusiasm, energy and capability to handle high work pressure and tight deadlines.

THE X FACTOR: Should be open to all content forms – from Drake to Marlene Dietrich, from architecture, decor, illustrators, photographers to interesting accounts on instagram to reddit. Should read interesting blogs, journals, magazines, watch all kinds of movies, know luxury beyond Chanel & Dior (if you know Gosha Rubchinskiy, we are interested!), should know what Gigi, Kendall or Zayn, Jelena Vs. Jailey gossip, should want to see interesting places, have a mind that takes frequent flights of fancy….. But most importantly, should have an independent original mind that thinks its own ideas & introduce us to some new ideas we never thought existed.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, create video content for Le Hedonist website + content for various clients we have on board, managing the entire process from production to post-production.
  • Conceptualize ideas and draft video communication for social media, mailers, website, ad campaigns, blogs.
  • Video editing for across channel curation. Video editing includes animation skills too
  • You will be expected to take deep interest & keep yourself up-to-date with both –
  • a) digital/tech trends on all tech/digital publishing and social media KPIs
  • b) Global communication scene from top-notch publications to brands


Requirements:
  • The applicant should have a degree/diploma in Fine arts or Mass media, Film-making with internship experience with established design & communication firms, reputed fashion Publications or Advertising agencies.
  • Should be extremely adept at video softwares  Adobe Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas Pro, Adobe AfterEffects, Final Cut Pro
  • The applicant should have a strong inclination and knowledge of the fashion world & inclination towards luxury lifestyle and be up-to-date with latest trends and fashion terminologies and in-vogue movements from food, travel, fitness to architecture and art.
  • Great visual design sensibility is absolutely essential. But the applicant also needs to match it with fast turnaround time, enthusiasm, energy and capability to handle high work pressure and tight deadlines.
